Gaspar Delgado might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Delgado ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the match, Manuel Miranda notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gamelas FC's Paulo Rocha. Paulo Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manuel Miranda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Paulo Rocha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Fuseiros walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
