Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Manuel Vieira got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Bernardo Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seiros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardo Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaspar Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Joaquim Henriques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquim Henriques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaspar Machado's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Pedro Antunes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afonso Gonçalves went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Carlos Correia hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 22 minutes of play, Seiros's Gaspar Machado made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquim Henriques was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joaquim Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Fontes in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Bernardo Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Portejoes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Fontes came free, but Joaquim Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonso Gonçalves was extremely unlucky when he, in the 42nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Pedro Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Vieira in the 43rd minute of play.

The wind increased when Gaspar Machado made the kick off in the second half. Portejoes FC's Joaquim Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Machado in the 58th minute of play. Joaquim Henriques made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Bernardo Fontes sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Pedro Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seiros's Pedro Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Gonçalves in the 75th minute of play. If Joaquim Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Henriques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After 84 minutes, Paulo Leite mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portejoes FC and the Seiros players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Portejoes FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Paulo Leite hit a great ball. Seiros were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Portejoes FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alberto Amaral took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Gaspar Machado advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-3 in the 88th minute. Joaquim Viana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Joaquim Henriques made a huge save. The Seiros players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
