Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jacinto Nunes made the kick off which started today's match. Vasco Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Freitas in the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Laracha's zone, David Henriques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasco Esteves came out of the goal and David Henriques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Filipe Freitas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute Filipe Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laracha's Vasco Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Freitas in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute Filipe Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Vasco Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Nunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Neto was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute David Henriques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montazel FC's David Henriques got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Montazel FC's Filipe Freitas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vasco Esteves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A hard shot 41 in the game by Vítor Araújo from a close distance when the talented Nuno Neto managed to make a qualified save. Montazel FC's players were relieved. David Henriques struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Vasco Esteves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montazel FC. If Filipe Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filipe Freitas made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Montazel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Nunes came free, but Nuno Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, David Henriques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasco Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 60 minutes in the game, Filipe Freitas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vasco Esteves having to interfere. Montazel FC's Nuno Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Araújo in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Freitas in the 68th minute of play forced Laracha's goalkeeper Vasco Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 80 minutes, Jacinto Nunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laracha and the Montazel FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Montazel FC booed when Laracha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vítor Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Neto having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jacinto Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laracha's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Nunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 89 played minutes Montazel FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Azevedo. Fernando Garcia's late challenge caught a Laracha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Montazel FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Laracha:s goal.
