Afonso Borges stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of António Magalhães's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Sacario FC's Afonso Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Anjos in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Sacario FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Manuel Torres hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, André Alves sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sacario FC's Afonso Borges didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Magalhães in the 25th minute of play forced Sacario FC's goalkeeper Afonso Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Simão Anjos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, António Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borralhoso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but António Magalhães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Borges breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. António Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Borges read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sacario FC's Manuel Torres got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Sacario FC's Domingos Almeida dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. When António Magalhães came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Borralhoso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Magalhães couldn't finish the play. After having played for 46 minutes, António Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borralhoso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

55 minutes into the match, Sacario FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Anjos came free, but Afonso Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Almeida in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Pereira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Borralhoso FC's Afonso Borges threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Simão Anjos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Afonso Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Anjos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. António Magalhães could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Afonso Borges made a huge save. Sacario FC's Afonso Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Anjos in the 95th minute of play. Simão Anjos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Borges having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
