Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marco Moreira took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to SC Silvaescura getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Marco Moreira hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Carlos Machado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gil Pereira was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. SC Silvaescura's Gil Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Machado in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Francisco Pinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Lameira's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Pinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gil Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to SC Silvaescura getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jorge Magalhães hit a great ball. Gil Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Machado in the 21st minute of the match. In the 28th minute Carlos Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lúcio Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Moreira in the 30th minute of play. Carlos Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diamantino Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Lúcio Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Diamantino Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Machado in the 42nd minute of play. When SC Lameira's Francisco Pinto in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Silvaescura's goalie prevented a goal. If Francisco Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Machado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gil Pereira was a little too slow when Carlos Machado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 63rd minute Marco Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henrique Cunha during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SC Lameira booed when SC Silvaescura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Machado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Gil Pereira made a huge save. Carlos Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Pereira having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, SC Silvaescura's goalkeeper Gil Pereira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Pinto. 82 minutes into the game, Carlos Machado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gil Pereira. Carlos Machado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. If Marco Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Machado in the 96th minute of play.
