Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomás Valente started the match with the kick off. José Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastião Anjos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Ramos's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Arronches FC's Sebastião Anjos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Arronches FC from getting a goal against them. José Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miguel Machado hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match Mário Cruz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Porto skillfully saved the ball. Ricardo Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Valente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ricardo Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Arronches FC's Sebastião Anjos got control of the ball when Rui Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastião Anjos came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Malseira's Rui Vale. But to his dismay, Rui Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sebastião Anjos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of André Borges's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes, Paulo Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arronches FC and the SC Malseira players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Arronches FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Barros. In the 38th minute, Rui Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Malseira's zone, Tomás Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Porto came out of the goal and Tomás Valente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Barros in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when José Ramos made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Arronches FC booed when SC Malseira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Porto made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Óscar Magalhães sent off a good shot on target. Arronches FC's Óscar Magalhães got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Malseira's Ricardo Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Malseira from getting a goal against them. Tomás Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Porto having to interfere. Óscar Magalhães came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ricardo Porto could save by the left post. SC Malseira's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Tomás Valente scored to the left of an out of position Ricardo Porto, making the score, 4-2. 97 minutes into the match, Rui Vale notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Arronches FC's Sebastião Anjos. Sebastião Anjos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
