Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joaquim Rocha took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Pinto in the 7th minute of play forced Corterredor's goalkeeper Júlio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Corterredor's André Lima got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th match minute, Corterredor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Lima to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Joaquim Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Dantas was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Álvaro Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albertino Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corterredor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaspar Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquim Rocha's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Gaspar Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Lima in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Rocha in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Dantas saved Meieiras from getting behind. João Rocha's late challenge caught a Meieiras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. João Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Meieiras booed when Corterredor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Álvaro Alves to make the kick off. Joaquim Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Dantas having to interfere. After some careless play in the Meieiras defense, Joaquim Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaspar Dantas. The Meieiras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaspar Dantas should have stopped the shot. Álvaro Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Júlio Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Meieiras getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Artur Araújo hit a great ball. Meieiras's Gaspar Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Costa in the 77th minute of play. Gaspar Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Rocha in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Meieiras booed when Corterredor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Meieiras's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Rocha came free, but Gaspar Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
