Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pedro Antunes got the match started through his kick off. When Daniel Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Serapicos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Amorim couldn't finish the play. Rui Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Sebastião Nogueira took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Vaz. Alexandre Vaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alexandre Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Nogueira in the 11th minute of play. Sebastião Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Rui Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Vaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastião Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Serapicos's Alexandre Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Figueiredo in the 29th minute of play. Alexandre Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Alexandre Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sebastião Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Vaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastião Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sebastião Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Alexandre Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Brinches. José Nogueira charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Nogueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes SC Brinches got a freekick which was hit by José Nogueira. Rui Faria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Antunes in the 58th minute of the match. Rui Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Antunes in the 63rd minute of play. After 68 played minutes Serapicos got a freekick which was hit by André Machado. After 70 played minutes Serapicos got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Antunes. After a defensive mix-up in Serapicos's zone, Alexandre Figueiredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Vaz came out of the goal and Alexandre Figueiredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes in the game, Alexandre Figueiredo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alexandre Vaz having to interfere. Alexandre Vaz made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Alexandre Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, SC Brinches's Henrique Araújo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, SC Brinches's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Amorim came free, but Rui Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandro Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Joaquim Nogueira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rui Faria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 97th minute Pedro Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC Brinches's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
