Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Simão Santarém took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Ovil FC's Pedro Rocha got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Pedro Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Simão Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Joel Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Ovil FC's goalkeeper Fernando Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Sousa. 18 minutes into the match, Ovil FC's Simão Santarém sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Pedro Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ovil FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Simão Pereira hit a great ball. Manuel Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of SC Prada booed when Ovil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Diamantino Sousa sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ovil FC's Fernando Carneiro didn't even have to move. Diamantino Sousa hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Simão Pereira hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rui Pereira during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th match minute, SC Prada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Pereira to maneuver through the defense. The corner led Ovil FC's Pedro Baptista to fire away a dangerous shot which Joel Azevedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Hugo Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fernando Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The SC Prada players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ovil FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Barros was the one to do the kick off. SC Prada's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Simão Santarém scored to the left of an out of position Joel Azevedo, making the score, 0-2. Pedro Rocha's late challenge caught a SC Prada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ovil FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Pedro Rocha hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Oliveira got free with Joel Azevedo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Santarém, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Manuel Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Simão Santarém managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ovil FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Simão Santarém was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Ovil FC's Marco Oliveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raul Vale charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Vale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ovil FC booed when SC Prada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Prada! Fernando Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Manuel Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Carneiro having to interfere. Ovil FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over SC Prada's much stronger midfield.
