Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Afonso Esteves started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Afonso Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 5 minutes, Afonso Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Frazoes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonso Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Afonso Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquim Paiva's late challenge caught a Pesqueiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Paiva helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Joaquim Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Filipe Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute of the match Jacinto Moniz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eusébio Cardoso skillfully saved the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Pesqueiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Ferro to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Faria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Afonso Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Eusébio Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Pesqueiro got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Neto. After 28th play minutes Afonso Mota shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Eusébio Cardoso and just under the crossbar into goal. 33 minutes into the match, Pesqueiro's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Mota came free, but Eusébio Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Faria in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Cardoso saved Pesqueiro from getting behind. Afonso Esteves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Branco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquim Machado during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, SC Frazoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Machado to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Neto's late challenge caught a SC Frazoes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Neto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pesqueiro getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Nuno Neto hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

SC Frazoes's João Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Esteves in the 54th minute of play. Afonso Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Mota's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eusébio Cardoso firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jorge Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Frazoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Cardoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Pesqueiro's zone, Afonso Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Cardoso came out of the goal and Afonso Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Filipe Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Pesqueiro's Eusébio Cardoso got control of the ball when Afonso Mota tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afonso Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Eusébio Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Frazoes were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Pesqueiro to leave the ground with a draw.
