Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emanuel Amorim took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes, Jorge Gueifão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Escudeiros FC and the Feteiras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Escudeiros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. If Emanuel Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Escudeiros FC's zone, Pedro Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristóvão Pinto came out of the goal and Pedro Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the match, Escudeiros FC's goalkeeper Cristóvão Pinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Branco. Sérgio Queirós took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Porto. Marco Porto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. António Miranda's late challenge caught a Escudeiros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. António Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Feteiras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Miranda to maneuver through the defense. Lúcio Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Marco Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristóvão Pinto didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 40th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. 48 minutes into the match, Escudeiros FC's Sérgio Queirós sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Porto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Feteiras FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Escudeiros FC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Pedro Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Fernandes took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristóvão Pinto. Cristóvão Pinto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Pedro Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Pinto having to interfere. Feteiras FC's Marco Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Amorim in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Branco in the 62nd minute of play forced Escudeiros FC's goalkeeper Cristóvão Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Porto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emanuel Amorim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 67 minute of play. Feteiras FC's Pedro Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 74 played minutes Feteiras FC got a freekick which was hit by João Borba. 81 minutes into the match, Escudeiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Branco came free, but Cristóvão Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Resende charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Resende the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Carlos Resende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Amorim struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Marco Porto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escudeiros FC. When Pedro Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Feteiras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Fernandes couldn't finish the play. Escudeiros FC's Sérgio Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Escudeiros FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
