Rabaca FC's Cristiano Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Campos in the 7th minute of play. Rodrigo Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduardo Guerreiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristiano Cunha. That made the score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. Américo Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cristiano Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Alexandre Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flandes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Campos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Flandes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Ferro came free, but Nuno Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Rodrigo Ferro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flandes FC's Nuno Borges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alexandre Campos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Cristiano Cunha made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After having played for 51 minutes, Alexandre Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joaquim Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Basílio Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rabaca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Basílio Paiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Borges breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rui Vieira charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui Vieira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Flandes FC booed when Rabaca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball.
