An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vieira in the 16th minute of play forced Ameixeraria FC's goalkeeper Bruno Pacheco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Armindo Campos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Pacheco skillfully saved the ball. Bruno Pacheco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 26th minute, Joaquim Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Pacheco was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pedro Aleixo. Artur Guarda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emílio Gaspar in the 28th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that António Branco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Guarda was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. António Branco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Artur Guarda made a huge save. Augusto Ferro hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 57 minutes of play, Pedrosa's José Vieira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Pacheco was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Vieira in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Pacheco saved Ameixeraria FC from getting behind. In the 64th minute, Augusto Ferro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Augusto Ferro fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ameixeraria FC's protests and gave Augusto Ferro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pedrosa booed when Ameixeraria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Ferro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Pedrosa's Artur Guarda got control of the ball when António Branco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute Emílio Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Guarda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
