Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vítor Martins got the match started through his kick off. David Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Abreu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afonso Gonçalves having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Esteves got free with Pedro Moutinho in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Afonso Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vicente Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Torrao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Abreu couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute Vicente Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandre Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Guarda struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Afonso Gonçalves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torrao FC. Plisqueira's Afonso Gonçalves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Abreu in the 36th minute of play. Vicente Abreu might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afonso Gonçalves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vicente Abreu ran back to his position shaking his head. Vicente Abreu struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Neto made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Baptista during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Torrao FC booed when Plisqueira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. The Plisqueira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afonso Gonçalves should have stopped the shot. Torrao FC's Pedro Moutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Martins in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Plisqueira's Alexandre Esteves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Moutinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
