Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Augusto Pedroso made the kick off which started today's match. Fernando Coimbra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Mário Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário Gaspar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Fernando Coimbra 8 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Pacheco in the 12th minute of play forced Baixinho's goalkeeper Alexandre Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes, Francisco Carneiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baixinho and the Gondarem FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Baixinho fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! If Augusto Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baixinho's Alexandre Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Coimbra in the 26th minute of play. Basílio Coimbra took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Lima. Alexandre Lima dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Alexandre Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Coimbra in the 37th minute of play. If Augusto Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baixinho's Augusto Pedroso was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 48th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastião Pacheco was the one to do the kick off. If Sebastião Pacheco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Pedroso in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Coimbra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the match, Gondarem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Gaspar came free, but Fernando Coimbra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Lima came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Gondarem FC's Basílio Coimbra. But to his dismay, Basílio Coimbra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When Abel Matias fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baixinho's protests and gave Abel Matias a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Abel Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Coimbra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Gaspar in the 80th minute of play. In the 93rd play minute Basílio Coimbra came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alexandre Lima. 2-4.
