Luís Lisboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 90th minute, Gaspar Lisboa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st match minute, SC Galaxes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Mário Faria's late challenge caught a Azenhas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mário Faria helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Azenhas booed when SC Galaxes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Luz missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 98 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Joaquim Amorim right hand side.
