Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when José Gueifão made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Magalhães in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Aleixo saved Sanhoane FC from getting behind. Jorge Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Assunção in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Emanuel Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Aleixo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rui Torres went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Daniel Assunção had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rui Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jorge Aleixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Assunção, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Oliveira Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 25 minutes, José Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanhoane FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Gueifão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filipe Aguiar made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Oliveira Marques sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute José Gueifão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliveira Marques scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filipe Aguiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 35 minutes, Oliveira Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanhoane FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliveira Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliveira Marques scored 2-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filipe Aguiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute José Gueifão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rui Torres was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Daniel Assunção mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sanceriz FC and the Sanhoane FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes Sanceriz FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Assunção. José Gueifão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Oliveira Marques came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Sanhoane FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliveira Marques couldn't finish the play. José Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Aguiar having to interfere. In the 67th minute José Gueifão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sanceriz FC's Abel Maia got a free kick in the 70th minute. Jorge Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Torres in the 77th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Sanhoane FC got a freekick which was hit by Emílio Ribeiro. Rui Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Aleixo having to interfere. Jorge Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Torres in the 84th minute of play. When Emanuel Nogueira fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sanhoane FC's protests and gave Emanuel Nogueira a yellow card for diving instead. When Sanceriz FC's Rui Torres in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sanhoane FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Daniel Assunção had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliveira Marques struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Filipe Aguiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanhoane FC. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sanceriz FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sanhoane FC.
