Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jorge Porto kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Jorge Porto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carvalhinhos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Betunes the free kick. Jorge Porto hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Porto in the 7th minute of play forced Betunes's goalkeeper Fernando Moniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes Carvalhinhos got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Reis. Fernando Moniz stood somewhat misplaced when Jorge Porto came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 25 minute. Paulo Reis hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeu Amaro in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cândido Paredes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amadeu Amaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Cândido Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Betunes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bruno Mendes in the 36th minute. Fernando Moniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Porto in the 39th minute of play. Carvalhinhos's attack was well implemented in the 41st minute, but when Carlos Amaral was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick.

In the 51st minute, André Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, one of Carvalhinhos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carvalhinhos. The goalkeeper, Cândido Paredes, was totally fooled by Betunes's Bruno Mendes, who 57 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jorge Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Betunes's Cândido Paredes threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filipe Domingues, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 66th match minute, Carvalhinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. If Amadeu Amaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Betunes fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Betunes's Filipe Domingues looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With his leg Cândido Paredes managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Betunes's Amadeu Amaro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 85 minutes into the match, Jorge Porto notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Betunes's Fernando Moniz. Fernando Moniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fernando Moniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carvalhinhos's José Figueiredo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Amadeu Amaro made a precise shot to the right of Cândido Paredes. Carvalhinhos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Betunes's Filipe Domingues got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Betunes had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
