After having played for 11 minutes, Artur Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Queiriz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Leão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Neto came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Touguinho FC's Emanuel Gueifão. But to his dismay, Emanuel Gueifão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Emanuel Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Neto having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Queiriz got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Andrade. If Manuel Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Gueifão stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Artur Leão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Queiriz and the Touguinho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Touguinho FC's Emanuel Gueifão got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artur Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. José Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Emanuel Gueifão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Queiriz's Paulo Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Emanuel Gueifão came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Touguinho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Gueifão couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Lúcio Baptista could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Paulo Neto however easily saved by the left post. Artur Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Emanuel Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Touguinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
