Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jorge Coelho kicked off to start the match. Mário Resende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Jorge Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Cristiano Bessa made a precise shot to the right of Bernardo Miranda. Cancelas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 13th match minute, Pafarrao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Resende to maneuver through the defense. When Jorge Coelho came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Cancelas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Coelho couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, Cancelas FC's Simão Gonçalves broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mário Resende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Catarino Lima in the 20th minute of the match. Catarino Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Cristiano Bessa could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Bernardo Miranda however easily saved by the left post. Bernardo Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Oliveira in the 35th minute of play. Mário Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Cristiano Bessa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pafarrao's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Bessa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardo Miranda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mário Oliveira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 40 minute of play. Mário Resende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Catarino Lima in the 45th minute of the match.

In the 54th minute Jorge Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Sá during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Pafarrao:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cancelas FC:s goal. In the 60th minute Cristiano Bessa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Catarino Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Resende having to interfere. If Catarino Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jorge Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Catarino Lima took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mário Resende. Mário Resende dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 90 minutes into the match, Cancelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Oliveira came free, but Bernardo Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cancelas FC's Bernardo Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Oliveira in the 91st minute of play. Jorge Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Mário Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Catarino Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cancelas FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
