Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Bragado's Albertino Pinto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jorge Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Bragado. 22 minutes into the match, Jorge Nascimento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cláudio Aleixo. Centieiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Nascimento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 28 minutes into the game, Vicente Torres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Centieiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Bragado the free kick. Vicente Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Artur Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Aleixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Aleixo having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game António Pires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Bragado's Bernardo Aleixo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. António Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Aleixo having to interfere. If Jorge Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Nascimento got free with Cláudio Aleixo in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. António Pires succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 57th playminute. Cláudio Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Nascimento in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Centieiro's goalkeeper Cláudio Aleixo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorge Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Centieiro players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Bragado from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
