Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedro Carvalho kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mário Simões during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chamoim's Mário Simões got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Carvalho in the 10th minute of play forced Chamoim's goalkeeper Daniel Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rui Aguiar fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chamoim's protests and gave Rui Aguiar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chamoim getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Rui Aguiar hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Mário Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, Pedro Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Daniel Andrade was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When David Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Fortios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Oliveira couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, Fortios's goalkeeper Simão Borges had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basílio Guerreiro. Daniel Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Oliveira went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 36th play minute António Paiva came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Simão Borges. 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basílio Guerreiro made a kick off. The supporters of Chamoim booed when Fortios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lourenço Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Fortios's Pedro Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Andrade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chamoim's Daniel Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Carvalho in the 76th minute of play. Amadeu Oliveira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Daniel Andrade made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when David Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
