Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fábio Antunes made the kick off and thus started the match. Daniel Borba kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. If David Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cristiano Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viriato Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Pinho having to interfere. Mariano Setúbal kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Fábio Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Neves having to interfere. Frutuaria's Pedro Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Antunes in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 played minutes Frutuaria got a freekick which was hit by Simão Simões. After recieving a nice pass, Contenda FC's Cristiano Alves tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Viriato Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Pinho came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Frutuaria's Viriato Paredes. But to his dismay, Viriato Paredes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0.
Cristiano Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Frutuaria's goalkeeper Pedro Neves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Contenda FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Frutuaria a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nuno Moutinho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Contenda FC's Cristiano Pinho. 2-0. Frutuaria's Pedro Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Antunes in the 68th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Frutuaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Esteves to maneuver through the defense. If Sebastião Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Tavares in the 73rd minute of play forced Contenda FC's goalkeeper Cristiano Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Antunes in the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Tavares in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristiano Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 played minutes Contenda FC got a freekick which was hit by André Castro. In the 92nd minute, David Tavares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, David Tavares notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Contenda FC's Cristiano Pinho. Cristiano Pinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Frutuaria were the better team. Frutuaria's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
