Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alberto Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Matias having to interfere. João Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diogo Matias having to make a save. Diogo Matias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Gueifão went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Amaro in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 played minutes SC Farropo got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Garcia. SC Farropo's Vítor Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Santarém in the 27th minute of play. If João Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SC Farropo's Miguel Cruz got a free kick in the 36th minute. Miguel Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diogo Matias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. After 46 played minutes Freixedas FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Amaro. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexandre Santarém was the one to do the kick off. Diogo Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Gueifão in the 54th minute of the match. Alberto Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freixedas FC's Diogo Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Gueifão in the 74th minute of play. Albertino Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albertino Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Farropo booed when Freixedas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Alberto Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Farropo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diogo Matias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If João Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Alberto Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Farropo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diogo Matias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 97th minute, one of SC Farropo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Farropo. SC Farropo were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Freixedas FC to leave the ground with a draw.
