Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Tonda's Paulo Torres started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fernando Nuness short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Adolfo Araújo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to SC Tonda getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Cândido Delgado hit a great ball. When Fernando Nunes, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 11 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Adolfo Araújo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Fernando Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Adolfo Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gaspar Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Nafarros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. Paulo Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jorge Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaspar Ribeiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adolfo Araújo. That made the score 1-0 in the 30 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Tonda's zone, Rafael Leal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Araújo came out of the goal and Rafael Leal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Fernando Nunes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nafarros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Fernando Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, SC Tonda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Sousa to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaspar Ribeiro to make the kick off. Manuel Assis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jorge Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gaspar Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Nunes in the 62nd minute of play forced SC Tonda's goalkeeper Adolfo Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaspar Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Araújo having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Nafarros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Amaro to maneuver through the defense. When SC Tonda's Paulo Torres in 74 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Jorge Ramos guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Gaspar Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Araújo having to interfere. Fernando Nunes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Araújo having to make a save. Adolfo Araújo came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Nafarros FC's Gaspar Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Gaspar Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 84 minutes, Manuel Assis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Tonda and the Nafarros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th match minute, SC Tonda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Assis to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Torres struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jorge Ramos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Tonda. Nafarros FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Paulo Torres scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Ramos, making the score, 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Nafarros FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
