Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Abreu started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Garcia in the 4th minute of play forced SC Galhardo's goalkeeper Augusto Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeu Faro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augusto Veiga. SC Galhardo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 7 minutes, Joaquim Santarém managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Vieirinhos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquim Santarém was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomás Mendes charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Mendes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Tomás Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Abreu in the 16th minute of play forced SC Vieirinhos's goalkeeper António Moutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquim Santarém struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Augusto Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Vieirinhos. After some careless play in the SC Galhardo defense, Pedro Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Veiga. The SC Galhardo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Veiga should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Andrade got free with António Moutinho in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, SC Galhardo's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Garcia came free, but Augusto Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SC Galhardo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Vieirinhos were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Garcia to strike the kick off in the second half. António Moutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Andrade in the 56th minute of the match. António Moutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Garcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Pedro Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquim Santarém scored 1-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Veiga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Pedro Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the SC Vieirinhos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Garcia couldn't finish the play.
