Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Cardoso in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diamantino Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eusébio Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Lopes having to interfere. If Eusébio Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SC Pragal's João Sousa got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Lúcio Miranda notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SC Pragal's Diamantino Fonseca. Diamantino Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. João Sousa hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute of the match Ricardo Dias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diamantino Fonseca showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lúcio Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Diamantino Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Lopes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 56th minute, Leirados's Ricardo Dias seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ricardo Dias the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Leirados protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ricardo Dias had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Leirados fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! In the 58th minute there was a penalty for SC Pragal. Gonçalo Moreira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alfredo Lopes. 3-1. 62 minutes into the match, Leirados's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Torres came free, but Alfredo Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Leirados's Abel Santos got a free kick in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pragal's zone, António Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diamantino Fonseca came out of the goal and António Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abel Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Ricardo Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. António Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Fonseca having to interfere. Alfredo Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Setúbal in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Leirados booed when SC Pragal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Setúbal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inácio Torres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfredo Lopes having to make a save. Alfredo Lopes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusébio Setúbal's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. SC Pragal's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
