Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Gil Porto fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tangil FC's protests and gave Gil Porto a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Tangil FC got a freekick which was hit by Gil Porto. Heitor Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Carlos Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Tangil FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Aguiar couldn't finish the play. If Paulo Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Junca FC's zone, Carlos Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Gomes came out of the goal and Carlos Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute Gil Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heitor Ferro in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Tangil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Assunção to maneuver through the defense. Rui Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gil Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Gomes having to interfere. Gil Porto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Manuel Gomes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 35 minutes, Vasco Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Junca FC and the Tangil FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Junca FC got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Lopes. Carlos Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emílio Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Junca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Faro to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Gil Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Gomes having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Heitor Ferro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rui Garcia, 0-1. In the 61st minute, Carlos Aguiar made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Gomes. Junca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Heitor Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Junca FC's Manuel Gomes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Porto in the 70th minute of play. After 73 played minutes Tangil FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Dias. Afonso Miranda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Rui Garcia made a huge save. Paulo Figueiredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rui Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Porto in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Gomes saved Junca FC from getting behind. Tangil FC's Rui Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heitor Ferro in the 86th minute of play. If Paulo Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Junca FC's Rui Garcia threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Heitor Ferro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 93 played minutes Tangil FC got a freekick which was hit by Fábio Sá. 95 minutes into the match, Gil Porto notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Junca FC's Manuel Gomes. Manuel Gomes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tangil FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
