Rodrigo Leal's late challenge caught a Goucha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Leal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Filhadal's Rodrigo Leal got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Cristóvão Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 34th minute of the match Rodrigo Leal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rodrigo Leal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Filhadal getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Rodrigo Leal hit a great ball. The supporters of Goucha FC booed when Filhadal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position.
