SC Cabecudo's Domingos Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Pinheiro in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rocamondo's goalkeeper Domingos Araújo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernardo Antunes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Domingos Araújo. Rocamondo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rocamondo's zone, Viriato Morais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Araújo came out of the goal and Viriato Morais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viriato Morais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Joel Vaz fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rocamondo's protests and gave Joel Vaz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, one of Rocamondo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rocamondo. When Gaspar Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Cabecudo's protests and gave Gaspar Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SC Cabecudo's Gaspar Nascimento got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Fábio Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Henriques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Pinheiro's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Luís Matos struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Domingos Araújo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Cabecudo. Domingos Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Matos in the 43rd minute of play. Luís Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to SC Cabecudo getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Simão Ferreira hit a great ball. Domingos Henriques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Vaz in the 49th minute. The Rocamondo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Cabecudo were winning 0-1.

Fábio Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Henriques having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Cabecudo's zone, Paulo Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Henriques came out of the goal and Paulo Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to SC Cabecudo getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Cláudio Leite hit a great ball. If Fábio Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Paulo Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Assunção hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. SC Cabecudo's Domingos Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Pinheiro in the 82nd minute of play. Paulo Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Henriques having to interfere. Fábio Fontes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingos Henriques having to make a save. Cristiano Henriques kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Viriato Morais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Domingos Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Rocamondo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Cabecudo's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Cabecudo.
