In the 19th minute of the match, Adelino Setúbal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bento Sá saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. SC Lordosa's Bento Sá proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save SC Lordosa from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Alcorriol had won after a very even match.
