Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simão Sá started the match with the kick off. José Morais blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Pinto having to make a save. 7 minutes into the match, David Simões notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bougado's João Pinto. João Pinto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José Morais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Pinto having to interfere. If Joaquim Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Morais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Brás kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. João Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Domingos Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duarte Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Sá in the 25th minute of the match. Duarte Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquim Esteves in the 26th minute. If Joaquim Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Morais in the 40th minute of play forced Bougado's goalkeeper João Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when David Simões made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Jaime Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Alvisquer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bougado the free kick. Joaquim Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Duarte Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Bougado's goal looked a bit too open when David Simões came free, but João Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, David Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Simão Sá came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Bougado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simão Sá couldn't finish the play. When Miguel Brás fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bougado's protests and gave Miguel Brás a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Bougado got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Brás. João Pinto acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marco Porto. When Joaquim Martins fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bougado's protests and gave Joaquim Martins a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Alvisquer booed when Bougado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Simão Sá had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Duarte Cunha. SC Alvisquer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simão Sá was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Morais got free with João Pinto in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If David Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Joaquim Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bougado's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Esteves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duarte Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
