Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paulo Vaz took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélder Leite during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emanuel Coelho was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Paulo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Vaz in the 16th minute of play. Cardielos's Basílio Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luís Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Catarino Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Lima having to interfere. Paulo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Paulo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Vaz in the 33rd minute of play. If Bento Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Luís Henriques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Catarino Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Catarino Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Pedroso in the 42nd minute of the match. Luís Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Catarino Leite having to interfere. Cardielos's Catarino Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Henriques in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Vaz in the 48th minute of play forced Anjos FC's goalkeeper Paulo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Alexandre Neto made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Neto in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Catarino Leite prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55thth minute of the game Paulo Vaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anjos FC's Paulo Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Anjos FC's Rui Vale got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Bento Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duarte Gonçalves charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duarte Gonçalves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Duarte Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71stth minute of the game Alexandre Neto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cardielos's Catarino Leite was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Luís Henriques dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Catarino Leite, 0-1. Alexandre Neto hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cardielos's Joaquim Leal got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 82 minutes, Basílio Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cardielos and the Anjos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Basílio Barbosa hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Alexandre Neto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Catarino Leite read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Cardielos's goalkeeper Catarino Leite had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Henriques. Alexandre Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bento Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 96 played minutes Anjos FC got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Gonçalves. Paulo Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
