Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The SC Perlim fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when SC Perlim's Miguel Cruz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Nogueira got free with Raul Borba in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Mota's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raul Borba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. SC Perlim's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Daniel Mota scored to the left of an out of position Raul Borba, making the score, 1-1. After having played for 27 minutes, Daniel Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Areoza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32ndth minute of the game Miguel Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Areoza's Daniel Cabral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Manuel Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Perlim's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Cabral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by André Azevedo during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SC Areoza getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. André Azevedo hit a great ball. Amadeu Viana was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some careless play in the SC Areoza defense, Miguel Cruz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Cabral. The SC Areoza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Cabral should have stopped the shot. SC Areoza's Daniel Nogueira got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Perlim's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Daniel Mota 48 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2.

The wind increased when Manuel Carvalho made the kick off in the second half. Miguel Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 minutes, Afonso Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Areoza and the SC Perlim players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SC Perlim booed when SC Areoza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Manuel Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Azevedo was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of SC Perlim booed when SC Areoza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Manuel Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Cabral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manuel Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74thth minute of the game Manuel Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Areoza's Daniel Cabral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Perlim's Manuel Carvalho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Cabral. That made the score 2-3 after 78 minutes of play. Daniel Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Carvalho in the 85th minute of the match. If Manuel Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Raul Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Daniel Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Raul Borba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Vítor Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Areoza's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Borba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
