Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Nascimento got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Nogueira during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Raul Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 7 minutes, Jorge Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patacao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vasco Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Lúcio Henriques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Dantas hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Jorge Nascimento scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lúcio Brito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute, Vasco Amorim made a precise shot to the right of Lúcio Henriques. Patacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 25 minutes of play, Arengosas FC's Joel Ramos made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Henriques was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lúcio Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Ramos in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Arengosas FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Vieira. After having played for 32 minutes, Jorge Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The supporters of Arengosas FC booed when Patacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Esteves missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 38 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Lúcio Henriques right hand side. If Raul Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Ramos in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arengosas FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vasco Amorim to strike the kick off in the second half. When Patacao's Jorge Nascimento in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arengosas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Lúcio Brito came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Patacao's Jorge Nascimento. But to his dismay, Jorge Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 60 minutes into the match, Patacao's goal looked a bit too open when Vasco Amorim came free, but Lúcio Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Lúcio Henriques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Arengosas FC booed when Patacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Valente didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Joel Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Patacao's Lucas Vieira in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arengosas FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute Vasco Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arengosas FC's Lúcio Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Nascimento in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arengosas FC's Joaquim Mota got a free kick in the 86th minute. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Arengosas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albertino Cardoso was slow to take the kick. During this time Patacao's players had a chance to rest. Patacao's Albertino Cardoso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lúcio Brito in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 92 minutes into the match, Joel Ramos notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Patacao's Lúcio Henriques. Lúcio Henriques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Arengosas FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
