In the 3rd minute Sandro Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Guarda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Bessa having to interfere. Domingos Bessa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Guarda in the 15th minute of play. Diamantino Guarda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diamantino Guarda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Domingos Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Perafita's Domingos Bessa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Perafita from getting a goal against them. Domingos Bessa came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Pedrosa FC's Diamantino Guarda. But to his dismay, Diamantino Guarda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. João Delgado charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Delgado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Pedrosa FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Perafita:s goal. The referee gave Perafita a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filipe Assis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pedrosa FC's Rui Delgado. 1-1. Mário Setúbal might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Bessa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mário Setúbal ran back to his position shaking his head. Sandro Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Rui Delgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Diamantino Guarda in the 69th minute of play forced Perafita's goalkeeper Domingos Bessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes of play, Perafita's Sandro Nascimento made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rui Delgado was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Perafita's Sandro Nascimento in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pedrosa FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rafael Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Sandro Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Rui Delgado made a huge save. Pedrosa FC's Rui Delgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Borba in the 87th minute of play. Sandro Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítor Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Perafita players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pedrosa FC.
