Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jacinto Borges took the kick off in the first half of the match. SC Barco's Basílio Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Borges in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Jacinto Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Canedo's Alfredo Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save SC Canedo from getting a goal against them. Carlos Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basílio Porto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Alfredo Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Barco's zone, Carlos Pinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Porto came out of the goal and Carlos Pinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Carlos Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Canedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Pinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Carlos Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Canedo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucas Neto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alfredo Sousa. That made the score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, SC Canedo's Carlos Pinho made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basílio Porto was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jacinto Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Borges took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basílio Porto. Basílio Porto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Neto was the one to do the kick off. Lucas Neto struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Alfredo Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Barco. 61 minutes into the game, Luís Esteves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Barco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Canedo the free kick. Luís Esteves hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Tomás Barros, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 65th minute Jacinto Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Porto having to interfere. When Luís Esteves was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. The supporters of SC Canedo booed when SC Barco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Esteves didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, SC Barco's goalkeeper Basílio Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Pinho. 85 minutes into the match, SC Barco's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Pinho came free, but Basílio Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basílio Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Borges in the 87th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Jacinto Borges rounded SC Barco's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. Alfredo Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Morais in the 93rd minute of the match. SC Canedo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
