Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, André Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Azia FC's Américo Trindade was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emílio Ferreira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Catarino Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Rui Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Luz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Bessa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute Rui Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Bessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emílio Ferreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Simões in the 23rd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Urros FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Azia FC:s goal. If Artur Assunção had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Bessa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Azevedo in the 42nd minute of play forced Urros FC's goalkeeper Emílio Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Assunção might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nuno Bessa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artur Assunção ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Catarino Azevedo was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Azia FC's Raul Brás made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emílio Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Artur Assunção recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raul Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nuno Bessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 83 minutes into the match, Urros FC's Rui Luz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nuno Bessa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexandre Soares charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre Soares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Azia FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Urros FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
