Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gabriel Pinheiro made the kick off which started today's match. Gabriel Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ricardo Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Pinheiro in the 5th minute of play forced SC Purgacal's goalkeeper Ricardo Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, SC Purgacal's Ricardo Reis got control of the ball when Cláudio Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Freitas hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Cláudio Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alcarraques FC's Cláudio Neto got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Lucas Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Antunes, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gabriel Pinheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes SC Purgacal got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Guarda. Cristóvão Moutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alexandre Guarda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Castro in the 39th minute of play forced Alcarraques FC's goalkeeper Alexandre Guarda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Abel Amaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Gabriel Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristóvão Moutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Alcarraques FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Alcarraques FC's Alexandre Guarda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Castro in the 63rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cláudio Neto in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cristóvão Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Mariano Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Guarda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristóvão Moutinho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Alexandre Guarda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 74 minutes into the game, Gabriel Pinheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ricardo Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Alcarraques FC's Marco Maia got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Mariano Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Guarda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristóvão Moutinho struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Alexandre Guarda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Purgacal. Abel Amaro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match, Cristóvão Moutinho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alexandre Guarda was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mariano Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Alexandre Guarda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alcarraques FC's zone, Mariano Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Guarda came out of the goal and Mariano Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alcarraques FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Purgacal for a fine match.
