Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joel Mendes made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Armindo Brito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Sume's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resouro the free kick. A collision led to SC Sume getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Jorge Setúbal's late challenge caught a Resouro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Setúbal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, one of SC Sume:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Sume. After 27 played minutes Resouro got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Pereira. Cláudio Santarém, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When SC Sume's Eduardo Vaz in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Resouro's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, Resouro's Joel Mendes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simão Simões. Simão Simões yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Gabriel Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Simões having to interfere. Resouro's Joel Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute Joel Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Simões having to interfere. Eduardo Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Óscar Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Simões stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Mendes's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 70th minute, Emanuel Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Óscar Araújo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cláudio Santarém. A collision led to Resouro getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Nuno Pereira hit a great ball. Óscar Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, SC Sume's Cláudio Santarém got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Óscar Araújo. Resouro's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
