After a defensive mix-up in Adurao FC's zone, Américo Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Macedo came out of the goal and Américo Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. António Nascimento in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Afonso Fernandes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. SC Sendim's Américo Gomes got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Álvaro Bessa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Pinto during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th match minute, SC Sendim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Pinto to maneuver through the defense. António Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Afonso Fernandes made a huge save. The SC Sendim supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Adurao FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Adurao FC.
