Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Humberto Coelho got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, SC Botelhas's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Coelho came free, but Bruno Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Pinheiro having to interfere. Joaquim Monteiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Simões read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Albertino Moreira's late challenge caught a SC Botelhas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albertino Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SC Botelhas booed when Budens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Simões came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Botelhas's Pedro Magalhães. But to his dismay, Pedro Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Humberto Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Bruno Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Budens's Pedro Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Monteiro in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Budens's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Monteiro came free, but Pedro Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Joaquim Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Botelhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. SC Botelhas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Humberto Coelho scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Pinheiro, making the score, 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim Monteiro made a kick off. Budens's Joel Dantas managed to work through SC Botelhas's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Joel Dantas dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Mário Neves's late challenge caught a SC Botelhas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mário Neves helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Joaquim Monteiro rounded Budens's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. The supporters of Budens booed when SC Botelhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Bruno Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
