Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vicente Gueifão got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Pedroso in the 7th minute of play forced SC Tourega's goalkeeper Manuel Gueifão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Vieira hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Monfalim FC's Luís Pedroso got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiago Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the game, Vicente Gueifão recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Brito. Vicente Gueifão showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. André Brito made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Cristiano Santos sent off a good shot on target. André Brito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Santos went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. André Cabral hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Cristiano Santos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of André Brito, passed just outside the right post. Joel Matos hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Cristiano Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Tourega's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Vicente Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, SC Tourega was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Vieira to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiago Leite to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in SC Tourega's zone, Luís Pedroso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Gueifão came out of the goal and Luís Pedroso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristiano Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Brito having to interfere. Manuel Gueifão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Pedroso in the 66th minute. When Cristiano Santos came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the SC Tourega fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Santos couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes into the match, Vicente Gueifão notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Monfalim FC's André Brito. André Brito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Monfalim FC's zone, Vicente Gueifão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Brito came out of the goal and Vicente Gueifão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Monfalim FC's André Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Gueifão in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, SC Tourega's Vicente Gueifão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Brito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Cristiano Santos notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Monfalim FC's André Brito. André Brito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SC Tourega fully deserved thier win.
