Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sérgio Branco made the kick off which started today's match. Inácio Moreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisco Teixeira having to make a save. After having played for 5 minutes, Paulo Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Choupico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sérgio Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 minutes, Basílio Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Sapataria and the Choupico players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Choupico booed when SC Sapataria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basílio Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Catarino Setúbal kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Rafael Leal, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Catarino Setúbal's late challenge caught a SC Sapataria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Catarino Setúbal helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SC Sapataria booed when Choupico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Catarino Setúbal didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, SC Sapataria's Francisco Teixeira got control of the ball when Paulo Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Inácio Moreira took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Teixeira. Francisco Teixeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. SC Sapataria were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Choupico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rafael Leal took the corner. The corner led SC Sapataria's Rafael Leal to fire away a dangerous shot which Alberto Pinho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The wind increased when Inácio Moreira made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match Jorge Alves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Pinho skillfully saved the ball. After 51 played minutes Choupico got a freekick which was hit by Catarino Setúbal. The Choupico fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Choupico's Inácio Moreira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Carlos Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sérgio Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Pinho having to interfere. Carlos Teixeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Alberto Pinho made a huge save. Choupico's Paulo Domingues got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Choupico getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tomás Pedroso hit a great ball. After 80th play minutes Carlos Teixeira shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Alberto Pinho and just under the crossbar into goal. Sérgio Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberto Pinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Choupico's zone, Carlos Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Pinho came out of the goal and Carlos Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the game, Carlos Teixeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Alberto Pinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
