Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Coucoes's Júlio Lisboa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Conchoso's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Lisboa came free, but Amadeu Borba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adelino Fontes got free with Amadeu Borba in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Amadeu Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Lisboa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Fernando Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conchoso's Amadeu Borba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Lisboa in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adelino Fontes in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeu Borba saved Conchoso from getting behind. After 35 played minutes Conchoso got a freekick which was hit by Rui Mendes. If Adelino Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Conchoso's zone, Júlio Lisboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Borba came out of the goal and Júlio Lisboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Vítor Martins came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Conchoso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Martins couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Moniz to strike the kick off in the second half. Vítor Martins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandre Antunes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Marco Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Conchoso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Moniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Alexandre Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Moniz in the 58th minute of the match. Conchoso's Amadeu Borba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Lisboa in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, SC Coucoes's goalkeeper Alexandre Antunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vítor Martins. Marco Moniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeu Borba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Lisboa in the 82nd minute of the match. Adelino Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Borba having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Júlio Lisboa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Borba. Conchoso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Júlio Lisboa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Carvalho during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of SC Coucoes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Conchoso:s goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Conchoso had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
