Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Regueirao's Alberto Miranda started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Rafael Borges made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Regueirao's Alberto Carneiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alberto Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Pedro Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Regueirao booed when SC Tojalinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Carneiro came out of the goal and Pedro Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Borges in the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, SC Tojalinho's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Setúbal came free, but António Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Américo Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Américo Lopes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, one of Regueirao:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Regueirao. Rafael Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
