A hard shot 9 in the game by Tiago Amaral from a close distance when the talented Afonso Sá managed to make a qualified save. Corgos FC's players were relieved. Delfim Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Sá in the 12th minute of the match. Tiago Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The wind increased when Hélder Sá made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Corgos FC's zone, Cândido Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Sá came out of the goal and Cândido Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Afonso Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Amaral in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Tiago Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Corgos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cândido Amorim in the 68th minute of play forced Corgos FC's goalkeeper Afonso Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes in the game, Adolfo Assunção fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Delfim Tavares having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Sá in the 86th minute of play forced Aroeiras's goalkeeper Delfim Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
