Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The Rocas fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Rocas's António Leiria looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Xavier Pereira fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arcas's protests and gave Xavier Pereira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Xavier Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Leiria in the 11th minute of play. Sandro Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Araújo in the 15th minute of the match. Rui Abreu came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Rocas's Luís Bessa. But to his dismay, Luís Bessa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rui Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Luís Bessa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rocas's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Bessa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sandro Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Araújo in the 29th minute of the match. Armando Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Sandro Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rocas's António Amaral got a free kick in the 35th minute. Arcas's Sebastião Valente couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 36th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rocas. Armando Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Sandro Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Rocas's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Araújo came free, but Sandro Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Mariano Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Mariano Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arcas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when António Leiria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Araújo in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arcas's Rui Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Leiria in the 55th minute of play. Rui Abreu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but António Leiria showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. Ricardo Lopes's late challenge caught a Arcas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Lopes helped the player get up and apologised. Sebastião Valente struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Sandro Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arcas. After a defensive mix-up in Rocas's zone, Mariano Araújo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandro Cunha came out of the goal and Mariano Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rui Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 76 minutes into the match, Arcas's goal looked a bit too open when António Leiria came free, but Rui Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arcas's Rui Abreu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Arcas from getting a goal against them. If António Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Rocas's João Assunção sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rui Abreu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd minute of the match, António Leiria tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rui Abreu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Américo Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rocas walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
