Cláudio Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Anobra FC's Joaquim Neves got a free kick in the 24th minute. António Brito struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Alberto Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carcao FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Castro in the 29th minute of play forced Carcao FC's goalkeeper David Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Castro in the 66th minute of the match. Cláudio Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Paiva having to interfere.
