Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Domingues started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Manuel Porto took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Ferreira. Abel Ferreira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavier Cardoso during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xavier Cardoso hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Pedro Domingues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raul Torres was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Abel Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Queirao FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alexandre Santarém hit a great ball. Pedro Domingues struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Raul Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Canical. With his leg Raul Torres managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when SC Canical's João Trindade fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Raul Vaz fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Canical's protests and gave Raul Vaz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Queirao FC's Sebastião Anjos got a free kick in the 20th minute. Albertino Matias hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Queirao FC's Raul Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Queirao FC from getting a goal against them. Albertino Matias kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, SC Canical's Carlos Gaspar tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Manuel Porto came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Queirao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Porto couldn't finish the play. Manuel Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Ferreira having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastião Anjos to strike the kick off in the second half. Albertino Matias charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albertino Matias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Albertino Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Pedro Domingues notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Queirao FC's Raul Torres. Raul Torres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute of the match Jorge Vieira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raul Torres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 61st minute Pedro Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SC Canical getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jorge Vieira hit a great ball. António Barbosa, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Daniel Sousa hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, SC Canical's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Manuel Porto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience was convinced that Sebastião Anjos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Ferreira was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Sebastião Anjos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Ferreira having to make a save. Queirao FC's Raul Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Domingues in the 84th minute of play. Raul Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Trindade in the 85th minute of play. Raul Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Trindade, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. João Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Torres having to interfere. Pedro Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Raul Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Queirao FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SC Canical had won, even though Queirao FC had held more of the ball.
